Job Summary: The Operational Excellence Leader, ISC Americas is a strategically pivotal role responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation across the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) in the Americas. This leader shapes and executes a multi-year strategy that advances operational excellence, builds long-term capability, and aligns the region’s performance trajectory with Trane Technologies’ global business vision. Acting as a senior strategic partner to ISC and business leadership, this role influences decision-making, guides the long-term operational roadmap, and plays a central part in transforming our culture, maturing our lean business operating system (BOS), for sustained competitive advantage. Included in this role is the oversight and continued development of all manufacturing facilities and distribution centers within the Americas region.
