About The Position

We are looking for an energetic and hands-on student studying engineering, supply chain, or business management to join our dynamic operations team. In this intern role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business by driving operational improvements, solving complex problems, developing innovative solutions, and supporting data analytics. Requirements

• Junior or Senior at the start of the program.
• Studies including one of the following disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Management.
• Available to work in a Cosm Office.
• Available to work 20 hours per week during the defined Intern period.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in immersive technology and content.

Responsibilities

• Assist team with problem solving, process improvement, process development and implementation, and implementation of metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement.
• Work hands on using proven lean methods and techniques to implement improvements
• Perform time studies or data analysis to better understand root cause and current performance
• Create reports to provide clear and concise information updating the team of changes
• Develop and communicate new work instructions, SOPs, and training documentation
• Support and participate in continuous improvement events during internship period.
• Complete designated intern project and associated presentation upon completion of internship
