About The Position

Aramark SeniorLIFE+ is seeking a dynamic and innovative Director of Aramark Solutions to lead and expand our consulting brand for our SeniorLIFE+ line of business. This pivotal role will focus on client relationships, mobilization, sales support and managing overall process as well as the consultants supporting our clients.  This position will be instrumental in developing and implementing process and standards for this business model, enhancing client experience, business growth, driving results and relationships that foster client referrals and grow brand recognition.  This is a remote position that requires travel up to 75% of the time.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years in a Senior Living or Hospitality/Resident Care Service Environment of comparable operational volume.
  • Consulting experience with self-operated senior living clients or experience in CCRC (continue care retirement communities).
  • Experience with kitchen design, project management and overall process related to kitchen and dining room renovations.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills with the ability to support unit level managers in the day-to-day operation.
  • Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff. Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing successful programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of Directors, Managers and Leaders
  • Must be able to efficiently utilize MS Office Suite products to accomplish work tasks (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point) and Smartsheet.
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully manage and lead a team of consultants, which would include assigning / matching consultants to community(s), and leading our Aramark Solutions Coordinator.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders in both SL+ and Aramark Enterprise, which includes a close connection and support with our Growth team.
  • Lead overall consultation mobilization process, which includes initial community visits, assessments, benchmarking, systems support, and resources supporting the business.
  • Oversee consultant billing, proforma development with sales, and work collectively with other functional teams as needed to achieve favorable financial results.
  • Establish communication protocols for line of business, consultants and clients.
  • Coordination with Marketing team and VP OpX as needed to further develop the consulting brand with social media, interviews and various publications.
  • Participate, as needed, with various conferences and/or trade shows to boost the visibility of the brand offering.
  • Work closely with Aramark Enterprise as needed to establish additional systems, and/or process to drive overall efficiency and innovation for our clients.
  • Oversee the implementation and training for engagement initiatives, enhancing collateral, digital and in-person communication within clients.
  • Require strategic initiatives to enable future development of the brand, offerings and competitive advantages in the consulting space.
  • Develop annual and quarterly strategies aimed at boosting client satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and enhancing the overall client experience.
