About The Position

This position functions as an individual contributor and works independently and within a team to ensure high quality execution of OpEx initiatives. Requirements

  • College Degree or equivalent education, or commensurate training and work-related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Visio)
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, highly complex, results driven environment
  • Financial Services Experience, focused in consumer banking and/or lending

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in the consulting industry
  • Knowledge of with operational and technical environments of financial institutions, including knowledge of applicable banking laws and regulations

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with teammates on key project tasks and delivery, with ownership over some key tasks
  • Facilitating the execution of identified scope; identifying opportunities for collaboration across OpEx
  • Responsibility for delivery on key projects and asks, on time and with quality, showing vision direction and effectiveness; ability to influence team direction
  • Develops and tests creative solutions to business problems, analyzing and managing project risks while monitoring progress
  • Provides assistance to projects or teammates beyond the scope of their immediate scope
  • Supporting design and implementation of developed process-oriented solutions or projects
  • Partnering with teammates to ensure adequate change management and adoption
  • Building relationships internal and external to the business unit to ensure initiative success; leverage relationships with teammates to establish recognition within OpEx
  • Displays knowledge of core business functions within Banking Operations and the Operational Excellence & Transformation and possesses a foundation of industry-specific knowledge
