The OpEx Analytics Lead manages the people and processes responsible for creating value delivering effective KPIs and dashboards through timely data collection, modeling and user-fliendly visualization tools. The role leads cross-funtional needs assessment to define short/long term capabilities required to improve the Reliability Room program value. The Analytics Lead plays a key role in communicating the analytics value proposition across PO&T, capitalizing on opportunities to move towards a data-driven decision culture with a continuous improvement mindset. This role acts as a main point of contact for the Analytics function for PO&T. The role works in close collaboration with PO&T stakeholders, at various levels, to define opportunities to increase use and value of Data. Key stakeholders include Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering and ADPM, among others. Through use of data, the Analytics Lead enables business insights and help identify opportunities for improvement and value creation initiatives. The Analytics Lead partners with other Continuous Improvement Leads to perform value analyses and execute on relevant Lean and Simple PO&T priorities. The Analytics Lead manages an analytics innovation roadmap that defines capabilities and approach to enable predictive analytics, mobility solutions and end-to-end supply chain visibility. Manage Reliability Rooms program aligned with other PO&T initiatives such as BiOS, BPM and other Continuous Improvement initiatives. Lead governance and technical oversight required for effective Reliability Rooms operations. This includes stakeholder management and value communication, KPI development/visualization and other emerging PO&T analytic needs. Build and manage an analytics capability roadmap that defines short- and long-term initiatives that align with PO&T priorities and strategy. This includes continuous capability assessment, external look at emerging digital technologies and development of business cases for capital funding. Lead development and deployment of new analytics capabilities (people, process and technology) leveraging internal and external resources as needed. Lead the Analytics team, create clear goals and priorities and ensure adequate resource planning to enable smooth execution of strategic and tactical plans. Cascade PO&T priorities and provide balanced opportunities across team to participate in corporate programs/projects relevant to strategic PO&T goals. Communicate broadly across PO&T and interact with senior PO&T leaders—both local SLTs and VP-level operating boards on matters related to Reliability Rooms and Analytics. In addition, this role will build external PO&T relationships in IT, Finance, Research and Commercial to share best practices on data-analytics and leverage expertise across the company.
