They will report to the Sarasota Supervisor of Catering Logistics.

Responsibilities

Order all product inventory for Sarasota base.
Ensure all Sarasota base aircraft are catered to pack out specifications and outfitted with the proper tools for an exceptional Inflight guest experience.
Ensure all Sarsota base aircraft are catered in a timely fashion including IROP situations.
Provide training to Breeze Team Members on how to best represent our Breeze brand and successfully cater an aircraft.
