Provides operational support to improve efficiency, workflow and capacity management of all departments as well as managerial and director-level associates. Prepares correspondence in final form. Gathers data and prepares a variety of recurring reports for management. Efficiently schedules patient appointments, maintains and updates records, tracks billing and assists with denials. Mentors and assists with training of other staff. Works with therapist to ensure timely pre-authorization for treatment.
