We’re looking for an Operational Analysis Manager to join our team and contribute to transformation projects across North America. This role involves weekly travel, Monday through Friday, across the United States and Canada . Your Role As an Operational Analysis Manager , you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of comprehensive organizational analyses on client sites across North America. Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, you will partner closely with Business Development and Consulting teams to assess performance gaps, reveal operational opportunities, and shape high-impact compelling improvement strategies.

Requirements

  • University degree in management, finance, accounting, engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of consulting experience or relevant operational experience
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and maintenance
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical mindset
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple demands
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the U.S. and Canada

  • Experience in Operational Risk Management is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead organizational assessments directly at client facilities
  • Conduct in-depth studies in operations, lean manufacturing, maintenance
  • Lead, motivate, and structure teams of analysts and consultants on site
  • Build business cases using operational and financial data to quantify potential ROI
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior executives
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Proaction’s tools and methodologies
  • Deliver a client experience aligned with Proaction’s standards of excellence
