About The Position

We're looking for an operational account manager to join the Wallet, Payments and Commerce operations team. This person will be responsible for providing operational support and coverage for a defined set of banks and financial services partners, working collaboratively to drive adoption, monitor performance, and unblock technical issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in digital wallet, payments operations and banking partner management
  • A passion and curiosity for solving complex operational challenges
  • Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem, regulations and industry standards
  • Ability to identify what matters with partners, working closely to drive mutual success
  • Ability to think strategically and implement tactically, a persistent attention to detail, and a high level of comfort in cutting through ambiguity

Nice To Haves

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Adept at synthesizing technical issues and communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders cross functionally
  • Comfortable using AI and automation tools to scale operational support and improve efficiency across a growing partner portfolio
  • Experience and comfort presenting to senior leaders and large audiences about technical and non-technical materials
