About The Position

WE Business Management, Inc. Key Responsibilities Lead daily yard operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient service Build and maintain strong relationships with school district partners through proactive communication Coach, support, and engage drivers, monitors, and staff in a culture of care, accountability, and respect Partner with safety and maintenance teams to uphold a strong safety-first culture Monitor operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Prepare schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels Review payroll and billing for accuracy and timeliness Resolve issues professionally and lead calmly during high-pressure situations What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational leadership experience Proven experience managing large teams of hourly employees Strong communication, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to drive efficiencies in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-focused Comfortable with early-morning operations Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and “grace under pressure” Compensation Starting salary: $80,000, negotiable based on experience Beacon Mobility is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.   • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational leadership experience
