About The Position

The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of property management and maintenance operations across the RDE portfolio. This role ensures properties are operating efficiently, residents receive a high-quality experience, and teams consistently execute company processes and standards. This is a hands-on leadership role designed to grow into an Operations Director position as the company scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of property management experience (multifamily or mixed-use preferred)
• 2+ years in a supervisory or operations-focused role
• Strong understanding of property-level financials and KPIs
• Experience managing maintenance operations and vendors
• Proficiency with property management software and reporting tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Texas real estate license (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience managing 500+ units
• Background in value-add or operational improvement environments
