About The Position

Metropolitan Surgery Center is hiring a part time Operating Room Nurse. The facility is accredited by Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. The Operating Room Nurse (OR RN) provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. This role is responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. The ideal candidate will be experienced in surgical procedures in specialties such as ENT, Orthopedic, Pain, Podiatry, and Urology. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center
• 1 year experience working as a Circulator
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment

Responsibilities
