Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire
  • Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 - days
  • Possess keen assessment skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts patients' well-being and recovery.
  • Leverage expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care.
  • Make critical assessments.
  • Perform skilled procedures.
  • Meticulously implement patient care plans.
  • Collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.
  • Perform complete patient assessment.
  • Recognize significant changes in patient status and seek appropriate resources.
  • Coordinate or collect physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results.
  • Perform ongoing assessment according to unit policy.
  • Document assessment in compliance with hospital policy.
