Operating Mechanic The ideal candidate will support chemical or industrial operations in a dynamic, safety-focused environment. This role offers growth opportunities in heavy equipment operation and industrial maintenance . Where will you work: Onsite Mosaic Tampa Marine Terminal – ( 2520 Guy N Verger Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33605).

Requirements

• 1 – 2 years’ experience working in Industrial, chemical, or manufacturing setting and operating mobile equipment of industrial, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
• Comfortable with basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Proficient in reading and writing English.
• Experience operating Heavy equipment such as Payloader, Skid Loader, etc.
• Exposure to industrial maintenance tasks (e.g., basic mechanical repairs, equipment inspections)

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in Process Technology or related discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment including payloader, skid loader, and forklift.
• Assist with routine industrial maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Comply with all safety and environmental policies.
• Work outdoors occasionally in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to make operational judgments while distributing materials or operating equipment.
