About The Position

Badger Liquor is looking for an experienced Warehouse Mechanic who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping equipment running safely and smoothly. If you enjoy hands-on work, variety in your day, and a long weekend every week - this could be the role for you. What You’ll Be Doing Keep our conveyor systems humming - installing, adjusting, repairing, and maintaining belts, rollers, and components Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and control issues before they slow things down Perform routine and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and boost reliability Spot opportunities to improve equipment performance and maintenance processes Partner with internal teams and vendors to get repairs done right - and on time Order and manage parts and materials through approved vendors Conduct inspections, audits, and cleanings to keep equipment safe and efficient Roll up your sleeves for metal fabrication and welding when needed Help move trailers and trucks in and out of loading bays as required Travel to other Badger Liquor locations in Wisconsin to lend a hand Jump into company meetings, events, and special projects as needed What Makes You a Great Fit You’re mechanically inclined and enjoy troubleshooting and problem-solving Experience with conveyors, sorters, or spiral systems is a big plus You take safety seriously and follow lockout/tagout procedures without shortcuts You’re self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently or with a team You can think on your feet in a fast-moving warehouse environment The Must-Haves High School Diploma or GED Valid driver’s license and a good driving record Intermediate computer skills Industrial mechanical experience Warehouse or distribution experience preferred Flexibility to work overtime or provide call support when needed On-site scissor lift training provided Why You’ll Love Working Here Four-day work week (hello, three-day weekends!) Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Industrial mechanical experience
  • Flexibility to work overtime or provide call support when needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with conveyors, sorters, or spiral systems is a big plus
  • Warehouse or distribution experience preferred
