About The Position
The Department of Psychiatry at the University of South Florida, Morsani College of Medicine is seeking a general psychiatrist to join its hosptial care team. This position will provide consultation liasion clinical services at Tampa General Hospital.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency training program.
- Must meet university criteria for faculty appointment to the rank of assistant professor, associate or professor.
- Candidates must have or be eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license.
- This candidate must obtain credentialing with USF Health.
- Candidates must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in PSYCHIATRY.
- General/Hospital Psychiatry experience.
Responsibilities
- Provides CL psychiatric clinical care to include the evaluation, diagnosis, assessment, treatment and care of adult patients.
- Completes open encounters and other clinical documentation in a timely manner.
