From our 70,000 square-foot facility, we specialize in die-cutting, laser-cutting, waterjet cutting, and fabrication of custom thermal pads, gaskets, RF absorbers, and high-performance materials for industries that demand quality and precision. Requirements

  • Interest in or experience with manufacturing, production, or fabrication processes
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Reliability—punctuality and consistent attendance matter here
  • Presence and focus while working in our facility
  • Understanding that we operate to ISO, military/aerospace, medical, and electronics quality standards
  • Coachability and eagerness to learn (we invest in training, but we prefer to teach things once)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a structured environment
