The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. We are searching for the best talent for Op Warehouse The Op Warehouse must be able to communicate effectively in English, to include the ability to read, write, and speak. Must demonstrate the ability to comprehend work assigned and work independently. Focus will be placed on teamwork through participation in cross-training. Additionally, this individual will participate in team-based activities and will be expected to perform projects as required by the business. Other tasks will arise and be assigned at the discretion of the department supervisor. Requirements

  • The Op Warehouse must be able to communicate effectively in English, to include the ability to read, write, and speak.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to comprehend work assigned and work independently.
  • Display collaborative skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage complexity, and take ownership for deliverables
  • Ability to act decisively and manage risks with limited information
  • Ability to properly manage and handle confidential and sensitive information is required
  • Acceptance of change management programs is required
  • An understanding of supply chain interdependencies (end to end)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of the company
  • Experience in FDA and/or GMP regulated environment required
  • Experience utilizing and understanding standard operating procedures (SOPs) required
  • This position requires lifting of product and/or boxes weighing up to 25 lbs., reaching, and bending.
  • Majority of workday is spent on feet.
  • Highschool Diploma
  • Related Experience: 0-2 years

Responsibilities

  • Understand departmental layout and process flow
  • Count and box finished good material
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Receive Mitek, Codman, Spine, and Orthopedic finished goods, raw materials, and/or semi-finished goods using warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Load and unload finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials on shelves, pallets, racks, and/or carts
  • Maintain timely ComplianceWire and SUMMIT trainings
  • Maintain an “on-time” philosophy
  • Be available for potential overtime
  • Manage relationships and communications with internal and external customers to support all customer needs
  • Participate in team-based activities
  • Understand cross training is required
  • Communicate problems to group lead and/or supervisor
