Program Details: Type: Paid, Full-time (40 hours per week) Dates: May to July (10-weeks) Spots Available: up to 11 Schedule: Monday-Friday Business Hours June Site Visits: San Diego Job Corps and Imperial Regional Detention Center Project Presentations: Last week of July Potential Focus Areas: Contract Administration Business Development Employee Experience Engaged Learning Finance & Accounting Human Resources Information Technology Learning, Strategy, & Transformation Legal & Risk Shared Services Eligibility Requirements: Graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027 with a bachelor’s degree Proof of a minimum 3.5 grade point average Available to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the program Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
