The primary focus of this position is to provide daily onsite technical support for end-users, including students, teachers, support staff, and school administrators of Blackford Community Schools. The individual in this highly visible position must possess excellent communication and troubleshooting skills while prioritizing requests and remaining adaptable to a dynamic K-12 environment.
