Position: Onsite Sales & Laborer Location: North Philadelphia Pay Range: $25+ H/r (Base Rate + Profit Share + Tips) Objective: As a Onsite Sales & Laborer you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving our sales efforts. Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical labor
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid standard driver’s license required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience a plus, but we provide training
- Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
- Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Meet customers on-site and provide clear, upfront pricing
- Close sales and collect payment at job sites
- Remove unwanted items from homes, businesses, and job sites
- Lift, load, and haul furniture, appliances, and debris
- Work efficiently as part of a team
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
