We’re hiring a hardworking, customer-focused Onsite Sales & Laborer to join our growing junk removal team. This role combines on-site sales with physical labor—perfect for someone who likes staying active, meeting new people, and earning extra through performance-based pay. Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical labor
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation
  • Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid standard driver’s license required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Weekend shifts required Saturday or Sunday

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people
  • Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers on-site and provide clear, upfront pricing
  • Close sales and schedule services on the spot
  • Remove unwanted items from homes, businesses, and job sites
  • Lift, load, and haul items safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times
  • Keep trucks and job sites clean and organized
  • Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
