Redlist is looking for a hardworking, reliable, persistent, proactive, and innovative individual to join our team as an Onsite Onboarding & Implementation Specialist . This role is responsible for traveling to customer facilities across the country and ensuring successful implementation, configuration, and adoption of the Redlist platform. You will work directly with maintenance teams, reliability engineers, operators, and leadership to help them fully integrate Redlist into their workflows. Extreme Ownership is expected & required. Responsibilities Onsite Implementation & Onboarding Travel to customer sites nationwide to lead Redlist onboarding and implementation Configure customer environments inside the Redlist application Help customers populate assets, preventative maintenance routes, inspections, forms, and workflows Translate customer maintenance processes into structured systems inside Redlist Provide in-person training to maintenance, operations, reliability, and leadership teams Ensure successful go-live and adoption of the platform Document implementation progress inside project management systems Maintain clear communication with internal Customer Success and Technical teams Customer Enablement Understand customer workflows and operational pain points Guide customers in aligning their maintenance strategy with Redlist best practices Instill confidence with plant managers, maintenance supervisors, and technicians Ensure customers are capable and self-sufficient post-implementation Support follow-up sessions (virtual or onsite as needed) Safety & Professionalism Travel safely and represent Redlist professionally at all times Follow and develop job safety protocols at industrial sites Work in heavy industrial environments (heights, loud areas, dirty conditions, climbing ladders with proper PPE) Comply with MSHA/OSHA and customer safety requirements Internal Collaboration Work closely with Sales (post-sale handoff only), Customer Success, and Product teams Provide feedback to Product regarding feature improvements based on real-world implementation experience Continuously refine implementation processes and best practices Accurately document implementation milestones in CRM and project management tools General Expectations Expect to travel regularly, including multi-day trips (10+ nights per month possible) Take full ownership of successful customer implementations Proactively solve problems in the field without waiting to be told what to do Continuously improve your technical, communication, and implementation skills Participate in ongoing training and professional development (Redlist may sponsor industry certifications such as ICML) This is a role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can adapt quickly inside industrial facilities.
