The Implementation & Client Onboarding Leader is responsible for executing and coordinating how Salud brings on new clients, deploys new solutions, and supports the onboarding employees. This is a highly organized, execution-focused role that ensures implementation, onboarding, and transitions happen in a structured, timely, and consistent way. The role serves as the central coordinator across operations, HR, technology, and leadership ensuring all moving parts are aligned and completed. This leader will also coordinate implementation of Salud’s Equity Pay Portal, a unique patient-first self-pay platform designed to help patients understand their balances and financial responsibility through education and transparency, not just payment collection. The primary focus of this role is project management, coordination, follow-through, and process consistency to support Salud’s continued growth.
