About The Position

The Implementation & Client Onboarding Leader is responsible for executing and coordinating how Salud brings on new clients, deploys new solutions, and supports the onboarding employees. This is a highly organized, execution-focused role that ensures implementation, onboarding, and transitions happen in a structured, timely, and consistent way. The role serves as the central coordinator across operations, HR, technology, and leadership ensuring all moving parts are aligned and completed. This leader will also coordinate implementation of Salud’s Equity Pay Portal, a unique patient-first self-pay platform designed to help patients understand their balances and financial responsibility through education and transparency, not just payment collection. The primary focus of this role is project management, coordination, follow-through, and process consistency to support Salud’s continued growth.

Requirements

  • Serve as primary internal coordinator for new client implementations.
  • Build and maintain detailed implementation plans and timelines.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across teams.
  • Schedule and facilitate implementation meetings.
  • Communicate status updates, risks, and outstanding items to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with operations, IT, HR, and leadership to ensure readiness.
  • Ensure documentation, workflows, and training materials are prepared.
  • Support smooth handoff from implementation to steady-state operations.
  • Track post-go-live items and ensure completion.
  • Document lessons learned to improve future implementations.
  • Coordinate Equity Pay Portal setup for new and existing clients.
  • Track configuration, testing, and readiness tasks.
  • Partner with internal teams and client contacts to ensure alignment.
  • Schedule and support client training on portal workflows and purpose.
  • Ensure portal aligns with client self-pay and patient communication workflows.
  • Monitor early adoption and escalate issues or gaps.
  • Maintain implementation checklists and documentation.
  • Support ongoing updates or enhancements as needed.
  • Serve as a consultative partner to HR and operational leaders on onboarding and transition best practices.
  • Develop and maintain standardized onboarding and transition frameworks, checklists, and templates.
  • Monitor onboarding and transition progress, flagging risks, delays, or gaps to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance to ensure system access, equipment, and training plans are coordinated (execution owned by respective teams).
  • Support leaders during employee transitions between clients, projects, or roles to ensure continuity and minimal disruption.
  • Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders regarding onboarding and transition status.
  • Maintain implementation and onboarding trackers, templates, and checklists.
  • Keep documentation and training materials organized and current.
  • Identify process gaps or delays and escalate for resolution.
  • Support periodic review of onboarding and training materials.
  • Help ensure consistency across clients and teams.
  • Provide basic reporting or updates to leadership on status of implementations and onboarding.
  • Track system and client access needs for new hires and implementations.
  • Coordinate with IT and operations to ensure timely setup.
  • Maintain access tracking tools or logs.
  • Communicate status and escalate delays when needed.
  • Ensure readiness checklists are completed before go-live or start dates.

Responsibilities

  • Client Implementation Execution Lead and coordinate execution of new client implementations from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
  • Equity Pay Portal Implementation Coordination Coordinate implementation and rollout of Salud’s Equity Pay Portal across clients. The Equity Pay Portal focuses on helping patients understand their balances and financial responsibility through education and clarity.
  • Employee Onboarding & Transition Support (Consultative Role) Provide structured guidance and oversight to ensure smooth employee onboarding and internal transitions. Act as a consultant to leaders, HR, and operations teams by standardizing processes, monitoring progress, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Process & Documentation Support Support consistency and sustainability of implementation and onboarding processes.
  • Access & Readiness Tracking Serve as central coordinator for access and readiness tracking.
