The role is to be able to solve both large and small projects beginning to end with customers. This role is a trusted advisor. Engineers are expected to display good interpersonal skills as they will interact with colleagues, executives, and other customer-facing roles. The Technician will possess the ability to problem solve at a high level and provide exemplary customer service skills, strong multi-tasking, and organizational skills. The Technician works jointly with the sales to provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including tasks such as discovery meetings, site surveys, proposals, and presentations on technical assessments, implementations, and ongoing technical account management.
