The Onsite Leasing Ambassador – BTR is primarily responsible for acting as the face of the community, including ensuring the community and homes are prepared for daily leasing activities, welcoming prospects and guiding them through community and home tours and providing information on the leasing process and answering community-related inquiries via telephone, in person, and email.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of experience in Real Estate, Sales, Leasing, Property Management, Customer Service
• Knowledge in fair housing and local real estate laws, where applicable
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Quickbase, MRI, CMS, and Birdeye Reputation Management, where applicable
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated customer service skills in fast paced environment
• Detail oriented, with the ability to produce high quality work in a deadline-oriented environment and an ability to multi-task
• Ability to prove critical thinking and problem solving concepts
• Ability to thrive in a high volume, data entry and processing work environment, where applicable

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or higher is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Acting as the face of the community, including ensuring the community and homes are prepared for daily leasing activities
• Welcoming prospects and guiding them through community and home tours
• Providing information on the leasing process and answering community-related inquiries via telephone, in person, and email
• Act as an onsite leasing representative of Maymont Homes at our model home
• Other duties, as assigned by supervisor or leadership team
• Lease an assigned number of homes per month, subject to property availability
