The Compliance Inspector plays a vital role in maintaining the aesthetic and operational standards of this community by monitoring and documenting compliance infractions.

Requirements

• Must have own vehicle, clean driving record, and be detail oriented
• Must have a high level of IT proficiency, be exceptionally organized, and possess strong time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask daily
• Be a team player
• Background screening and pre-employment drug screening are required
• The ability to utilize technology is mandatory
• Must be able to communicate information and ideas so that others will understand
• Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
• Must be able to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
• Must be able to work in outdoor weather conditions while on-site at various communities
• Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder or stairs
• Interest in studying the association's governing documents
• Comfortable working alone, with some interaction with homeowners and staff

Responsibilities

• Drive their vehicle throughout the community to identify lots where violations of the governing documents exist
• Use an iPad to document that violation for the purpose of communicating that violation to the owner and/or occupant of the unit
• Responsible for processing all ARC/ACC submissions
• Apply the standards in the documents in real-life situations and tracking those violation notices with the aid of company software
