The Venetian Golf & River Club is a 1,039-acre, 1377-home gated community in North Venice, Florida, designed with a Northern Italian Renaissance theme and situated alongside the Myakka River. Its central feature is the distinguished Mediterranean-inspired River Club, which offers a multitude of luxurious amenities, including fine dining, casual dining, six Har-Tru Tennis Courts, a 74-acre nature park with a Boardwalk for wildlife observation, a Fitness Center with professional classes, a beautiful Community Swimming Pool and Spa, and an outdoor poolside Tiki Bar. All residents have access to these world-class amenities. The Compliance Inspector plays a crucial role in upholding the community's aesthetic and operational standards. This position primarily involves monitoring the community to identify and document compliance infractions using an Association-issued iPad, and collaborating with the General Manager to ensure accurate recording and prompt reporting for the enforcement of community rules and regulations.

Requirements

Ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions while on-site at various communities
Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder or stairs

Responsibilities

Drive their vehicle throughout the community to identify lots where violations of the governing documents exist
Use an iPad to document that violation for the purpose of communicating that violation to the owner and/or occupant of the unit
Study the association's governing documents
Apply the standards in the documents in real-life situations
Track violation notices with the aid of company software
