About The Position

A well-established residential community is seeking an experienced Onsite Community Manager to oversee daily operations and provide strong leadership to the property.

Requirements

  • Prior community/property management experience required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Boards/HOA/Condo associations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the community
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and the Board
  • Manage vendors, contracts, and property maintenance
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financials, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with governing documents and regulations
