About The Position

A well-established residential community in Northern New Jersey is seeking a full-time, on-site Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large-scale property. This role is responsible for the overall administration of the community, including resident relations, vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, and board interaction. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Prior community/property management experience required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a large, active community

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications such as CMCA and/or AMS preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the community
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Board and residents
  • Oversee vendors, contracts, and property maintenance
  • Prepare reports and attend board meetings
  • Ensure compliance with governing documents and policies
