This position will require onsite presence at our facility in the Detroit metro area. This position will also require flexible availability between the hours of 7 AM and 1 AM along with weekends. The onsite Call Center Operations Supervisor will ensure maximum employee performance, through effective coaching and motivational skills. This individual will supervise an assigned team of Call Center advocates to achieve maximum results and ensure all expectations are met and/or exceeded. This role will require timely employee reviews, along with ownership and responsibility for assigned work.
