Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Someone who is naturally relational and people-focused
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple conversations and priorities at once
  • Positive, self-motivated, and dependable
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, texting, email, and digital communication tools
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in homebuilding, real estate, or sales is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and professionally to online leads, website inquiries, and live chat conversations
  • Build relationships with prospective homebuyers through thoughtful, helpful communication
  • Qualify leads and guide them through the early stages of the homebuying journey
  • Schedule appointments for prospects with our New Home Sales Professionals
  • Manage and track lead activity in the CRM system
  • Follow up consistently through calls, texts, emails, and other digital channels
  • Share helpful information about communities, floor plans, homes, and next steps
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to create a seamless customer experience
  • Represent French Brothers Homes in a way that reflects our values and people-first culture
