Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Online Sales Concierge. The right candidate will specialize in the process of converting internet leads to onsite traffic/sales.

Requirements

  • Must hold Florida Real Estate License
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • One to three years of related experience and/or training
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applications
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
  • Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
  • The noise level is generally moderate

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to all incoming internet leads generated through the company website, call-tracking system, and outsourced marketing using phone, email, and text communication.
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert prospects into on-site appointments for the sales team
  • Provide incoming call coverage for Divisions by accurately collecting customer information and transferring qualified leads to the Division Online Sales Concierge
  • Deliver a consistently positive and professional customer experience through clear, engaging dialogue and timely outreach
  • Execute effective follow-up on new and aged leads to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Accurately enter, maintain, and update customer information within the customer management (CRM) database
  • Apply strong qualification and discovery skills to identify genuine prospects with the potential of becoming sales opportunities
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and enhance the goodwill and profit of the company
  • Ability to provide coverage outside of standard business hours, including second shift
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Regular and reliable attendance
