About The Position

An Online Quality Auditor will be responsible for online quality inspections. This position is responsible for ensure product is always within specifications. An Online Quality Auditor will work closely with Production and other Quality/Food Safety Inspectors to ensure products are being produced within written specifications and programs.

Requirements

• Experience in a beef plant preferred, but not necessary
• Must be extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication.
• Must have the ability to read and write English.
• Age 18 & authorized to work in the US
• Ability to sit, stand or walk up to 8-10 hrs. a day
• Lift 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to work in hot or cold work environment and must obey safety rules & exercise caution in all work activities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a beef plant preferred, but not necessary

Responsibilities

• Perform online inspection of products for specifications for up to two production lines.
• Understand product and/or packaging specifications for assigned area.
• Effectively communicate with production supervisors and managers so that product that is not in compliance with the specifications can be addressed in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned
