About The Position

Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking an Online Order Fulfillment Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This position ensures all orders meet quality standards, comply with safety procedures, and are completed in a timely manner within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Sit-down forklift operation skills (3–5 years required).
• 2–4 years of previous warehouse, retail, or fulfillment experience.
• 3–5 years of sit-down forklift experience.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using order lists.
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping or handling.
• Label packages correctly and prepare orders for shipment.
• Verify order accuracy, product quality, and quantities before shipment.
• Stage completed orders for carrier pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time expectations.
• Communicate order issues, shortages, or damages to supervisors.
• Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and returns as needed.
