Summary of Responsibilities: The Online Key Account Manager is responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives, digital execution, and overall business performance for online retail accounts—primarily focused on Lowe’s.com and other key eCommerce partners. This role will drive sustainable, profitable growth through data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic account leadership. The ideal candidate possesses a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and business acumen, with proven experience navigating complex digital ecosystems and influencing cross-functional teams. They will serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the customer, ensuring alignment across product development, marketing, supply chain, and operations to deliver a best-in-class online experience.
