About The Position

As an Online Information Processing Clerk, you will be a vital part of the firm’s administrative support team. Your core responsibility is to accurately process, organize, and manage information—both digital and subsequently physical—into the firm’s systems. This ensures legal teams have seamless access to well-organized and accessible data for ongoing litigation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in administration or legal studies is a plus.
  • 1+ years in data entry or clerical roles, preferably in a legal or professional environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), high typing accuracy, familiarity with document management or case systems.
  • Strong ability to catch errors and ensure accuracy in data entry and document organization.
  • Capable of handling sensitive legal information with utmost discretion.
  • Clear and polite style, whether responding to staff or managing internal queries.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input client, matter, or filing information into the firm's case management or document systems.
  • Scan and upload physical documents—pleadings, correspondence, court filings—into digital repositories with proper labeling and indexing.

  • Assist legal staff by locating and providing requested files or materials in response to case needs.
