About The Position

The Goddard School of Waxhaw is looking to add a qualified One Year Olds Lead Teacher to our 5-star school! The Goddard School located at 1528 Providence Road S Waxhaw, North Carolina has been open since 2011 and has 150 children under our care. We are the premier preschool for children from six weeks to six years old and are committed to providing a safe, dynamic, and loving environment where children develop into joyful, confident learners! Requirements

At least 1 year of teaching experience in a classroom setting
At least 1 year of experience working with infants aged 6 weeks to 12 months
Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty members
Works cooperatively alongside all co-teachers and school resource teachers
Works productively without supervision within established organizational policies and procedures
Is highly motivated and takes direction well
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
Meets background check eligibility

Associate/Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
