About The Position
A one-on-one role involves working directly with an individual student to provide personalized academic support and guidance. This position could involve working with students with disabilities, helping them access the curriculum, reinforcing lessons, assisting with assignments, monitoring progress, and supporting social-emotional growth. This role is critical for helping students succeed in a focused, supportive setting while collaborating closely with teachers and staff. Ivy Academy is a tuition-free, public, environmental charter school. Salary and benefits are commensurate with nearby county schools.
