This specialized Hospital-at-Home division does not require Medicare OASIS documentation, allowing you to focus more on direct patient care and clinical treatments. Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Nice To Haves
- Oncology Certification (preferred)
- Home health experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care plans
- Administer specialized oncology treatments and medications
- Perform port access and IV therapy/maintenance
- Perform lab draws and medication administration
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to physicians
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and symptom management
- Support post-surgical recovery and treatment adherence
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Document visits efficiently using AI-assisted EMR tools
