This specialized Hospital-at-Home division does not require Medicare OASIS documentation, allowing you to focus more on direct patient care and clinical treatments. Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Nice To Haves

  • Oncology Certification (preferred)
  • Home health experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care plans
  • Administer specialized oncology treatments and medications
  • Perform port access and IV therapy/maintenance
  • Perform lab draws and medication administration
  • Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to physicians
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and symptom management
  • Support post-surgical recovery and treatment adherence
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Document visits efficiently using AI-assisted EMR tools
