This Clinical Program Director is part of the Value Creation – Oncology, Genomics, and Laboratory Team, and will report directly to the Category-Lead National Medical Director. This Value Creation Team is responsible for comprehensive affordability strategy development, direction, and execution within the fields of Oncology, Hematology, Genetics/Genomics, and Laboratory, as well as other Internal Medicine specialties. The Value Creation team is focused on cost, utilization management, value-based arrangements, quality improvement, revenue maximization, and improved provider and member experience. The Oncology Clinical Program Director works with a team of Program Managers and analysts who support project plans, meetings, IT build, financing, and savings opportunity assessment. This role will engage organizational partners to execute on comprehensive Value Creation strategy for this team’s initiatives. This role will require a solid working knowledge of oncology clinical practices, as well as a strategic and critical thinking mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities as well as the ability to drive implementation of initiatives with the support from Enterprise executive leaders to operational support teams. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
