The Client Service Coordinator is the initial point of contact for Partner Veterinary, responsible for patient and team communication and coordination. This role involves managing patient check-ins/check-outs, handling payments, scheduling, triaging calls, and managing patient records. The position requires empathy and compassion, especially for Oncology patients, and offers the opportunity to work with unique cases with ample resources for optimal patient outcomes. The facility is a 20,000 square foot building designed to encourage interdepartmental communication and collaboration, featuring unique support roles like scribes and onsite MRI and CT.
