About The Position
Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group, in partnership with St. Mary’s of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, is dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered cancer care. We combine advanced treatments, compassionate care, and a collaborative medical environment to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families. We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Oncologist to join our established multidisciplinary team. This position offers a strong referral network, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to help shape oncology services in the Chicago region.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified/board-eligible in Oncology (Hematology/Oncology preferred)
- Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a range of oncological conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including surgeons, radiologists, and specialized nurses
- Participate in tumor boards, case reviews, and quality initiatives
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care and patient education
- Competitive salary: $450,000 – $550,000 annually
