As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be the primary contact for welcoming and training newly-sold clients on the Crexi platform. This role is part of the Customer Success Team, focusing on ensuring a successful and positive initial experience for customers. Your responsibilities will include conducting outreach campaigns via phone and email to schedule kick-off calls with new clients. Each onboarding call will be tailored to the client's needs, featuring a detailed product demonstration, a consultation on account improvements to boost performance metrics, and an assessment and presentation of potential upsell opportunities that could benefit the client.
