You'll guide them through the onboarding process, help them implement our cutting-edge Avinode Group services, and ensure they reach their operational goals while unlocking the full potential of our products. Working closely with our customers, you'll optimize their product utilization, guarantee their satisfaction with our services, and ensure they're up and running smoothly. With your technical expertise, quick learning abilities, and exceptional project management skills, you'll be the driving force behind their success story. You will help and educate customers to achieve their goals through collaboration with our solutions, focusing on improving feature adoption and consistent onboarding. Engaging with our customers through demos, webinars, and training sessions. You are expected to ensure expectational service for our customers and help them with troubleshooting issues during onboarding. You will also need to actively seek and rely upon customer feedback for product development. You naturally delve into issues, generate ideas, and find solutions.
