About The Position

We are looking for a fearless, positive, and motivated Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our dedicated Customer Onboarding Team at Avinode Group. What you will be doing: Play a vital role in ensuring our members' success. You'll guide them through the onboarding process, help them implement our cutting-edge Avinode Group services, and ensure they reach their operational goals while unlocking the full potential of our products. Working closely with our customers, you'll optimize their product utilization, guarantee their satisfaction with our services, and ensure they're up and running smoothly. With your technical expertise, quick learning abilities, and exceptional project management skills, you'll be the driving force behind their success story. You will help and educate customers to achieve their goals through collaboration with our solutions, focusing on improving feature adoption and consistent onboarding. Engaging with our customers through demos, webinars, and training sessions. You are expected to ensure expectational service for our customers and help them with troubleshooting issues during onboarding. You will also need to actively seek and rely upon customer feedback for product development. You naturally delve into issues, generate ideas, and find solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant experience in customer facing support roles
  • Background or exposure to managing multiple priorities and resources at one time, working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation abilities
  • Technical aptitude – understands that the way to great products and features is through iteration and learning.
  • Strong experience designing and supporting digital onboarding journeys, including familiarity with tools that enable automated workflows, guided experiences, and scalable customer engagement.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical features in simple terms.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, both in a team and individual environment.
  • Ability to understand different customers' pain points and solve them.
  • Building strong, enduring relationships comes naturally, and you possess a keen interest in aviation.
