About The Position

Responsible for: onboarding new customers‘full IP portfolio. reboarding existing customers prior to using the Connect interface or after migrating to a new IPMS. Provides support to other operational teams by updating data in the PAVIS database.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of IP rights data, mailnly bibliographic data to maintain/retain IP rights
  • have a strong Very good understanding of operational onboarding processes and data requirements
  • Great attention to detail and results driven approachBasic knowledge of IP rights renewal processes
  • Should be comfortable in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
  • Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Should have excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Should have organizational and time management skills
  • Should be solution-oriented and structured
  • 2+ years of experience handling IP data.
  • Intermediate technical knowledge of data manipulation and methodologies
  • Ability to analyze and compare data, identify discrepancies or issues, and propose solutions
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IP, IT, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Validates new customer data accurately and thoroughly.
  • Converts incoming data to the standard format of the PAVIS system.
  • Actively supports new customers during the migration process.
  • Implements or initiates software adjustments, tool enhancements, or interface developments depending on technical expertise.
  • Collaborates closely with various onboarding teams and external software engineers.
  • Documents and reports internal processes.
