Requirements
- Onboarding Specialist I: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent + 1 year of human resources related experience.
- Onboarding Specialist II: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent + 3 years of human resources related experience.
- Compensation and classification is based on the analyses of the above qualifications during the recruitment process.
- Ability to work as a team member in a dynamic organization.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and make decisions.
- Ability to deal with sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols when handling equipment and supplies.
