About The Position

Serve as Onboarding Manager for Jenoptik’s Smart Mobility Solutions customers servicing the traffic and civil security market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Business or relevant field experience.
  • Background in law enforcement
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must possess “soft skills”: personal effectiveness, creative problem solving, strategic thinking, strong supervision skills and team building skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage a challenging workload
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel and Word)
  • Position ideally located in Jupiter, Florida, hybrid position available to the right candidate.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Manage transition from contract signature to program startup
  • Communicate with clients for reporting and information purposes
  • Back office investigation and reporting
  • Establish new client profiles/accounts and training
  • Generate official reports
  • Make recommendations for system improvements
  • Assist customers in grant preparation and submission
  • Presentation of solutions to potential customers
  • Training of customers and support staff
  • Setup and maintenance of field equipment as needed
