About The Position

Nomic is the domain-specific AI platform accelerating the design and construction of the Built World. The Nomic Platform delivers turnkey AI workflows for high-value tasks like submittal review, code compliance, QA/QC, and project research. Nomic’s Developer API enables internal engineering teams to build bespoke AI implementations using domain-specific models purpose-built for complex, multimodal documents. We are hiring an Onboarding Manager to design, deliver, and scale how customers are onboarded to Nomic. This role is responsible for reducing time-to-value through automation, training systems, and repeatable onboarding processes. This is a scale-oriented role focused on building onboarding that works across customers, teams, and geographies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in onboarding, implementation, or solutions roles
  • Experience scaling onboarding in enterprise SaaS environments
  • Process-oriented with strong systems thinking
  • Comfortable leading training for technical and non-technical users
  • Strong written documentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience onboarding AEC customers
  • Familiarity with ACC, Bluebeam, Procore, Egnyte, or BIM Tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding from kickoff through production readiness
  • Configure integrations, permissions, and initial workflows
  • Ensure customers are ready to operate independently post-onboarding
  • Design and deliver structured customer training programs
  • Build and maintain onboarding documentation and playbooks
  • Develop and evolve a customer-facing knowledge management system
  • Identify opportunities to automate onboarding steps
  • Reduce manual effort through tooling, templates, and workflows
  • Partner with Product to improve self-serve onboarding capabilities
  • Define onboarding success metrics and benchmarks
  • Continuously improve onboarding speed, consistency, and quality
