About The Position

The Onboarding & Installation Support Representative to support customer onboarding and installation for Sage 50 (Hosted and Desktop). This role is critical to helping customers get up and running quickly and confidently, improving time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and retention. This is a hybrid role - 3 days per week in our Lawrenceville office.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms
  • Customer-focused mindset with a high level of patience and professionalism
  • Experience supporting software onboarding, implementation, or technical support
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools and multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting Sage 50 (Hosted or Desktop)
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Background in technical support, troubleshooting, or customer onboarding

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through accessing and navigating their Sage 50 Hosted environment
  • Provide step-by-step onboarding and installation support using documented processes
  • Deliver clear, patient assistance to customers with varying levels of technical experience
  • Support full onboarding and migration from Sage 50 Hosted and Desktop, including initial setup
  • Assist customers with company setup, chart of accounts, invoicing, and basic configuration
  • Conduct product walkthroughs, feature overviews, and onboarding demos
  • Raise and track CloudOps Service tickets as needed
  • Reference and leverage existing knowledge articles and support documentation to resolve issues
